- Ed Tully and Andrew Currie, Net Business
Our first speaker for the May 10 Rocky
Mountain Internet Users Group meeting is
Ed Tully, from Community News Service, an
Internet service provider. Mr. Tully will
be showing us a live Internet demo of various
items on the Net of interest to business.
Our second speaker is Andrew Currie, President
of Cyberspace Development, a Boulder company
which builds Internet storefronts for companies
that want to establish a commercial presence
on the Net. Mr. Currie's talk will be on
Internet Commerce and will also include
an Internet demonstration.
We will have Internet books that can be
checked out of our virtual library. Thanks
to RMIUG members Joe Betts and Bo (the Bohemian)
for organizing the RMIUG library. Please
return any books you borrowed last time.
There will be a prize drawing for a free
Colorado Internet Cooperative T-shirt (thanks
Dave Menges), a copy of Eudora email software
(from Qualcomm) and anything else interesting
that we can find to give away.
The meeting is Tuesday, May 10 from 7:00
- 9:00 pm (with optional 6:30 pm start for
informal networking and refreshments). The
meeting will be held at NCAR -- National
Center for Atmospheric Research -- in Boulder,
which is located on the west end of Table
Mesa Drive, up the hill, right under the
Flatirons. Park in the NCAR lot , go in
the main door, and ask the guard to point
you to meeting, which is held in the auditorium.
There is no cost for the meeting. Thanks
to Internet One of Boulder for sponsoring
refreshments.
There is close-in parking available at
NCAR for the physically challenged. For

Facilities.
Consultants and companies are invited
to bring Internet-related product information,
brochures, and business cards which will
be displayed on an information table.
