The Tuesday, July 14th meeting of the Rocky
Mountain Internet Users Group will feature
a panel discussion with founders of some
of Colorado's top Internet startups. The
meeting is a special joint event with the
Colorado Internet Keiretsu (CIK), a networking
group of founders of Colorado's Internet
companies, and all panelists are members
of the CIK. Representing the CIK will be

of EDGE Consulting Group who will give a
brief introduction to the CIK, its mission
and how to get involved (and tell us how
to pronounce the word "Keiretsu" and what
it really means ;-).

Access in Colorado," an update on new high
speed Internet access coming to a phone

across the online discussion lists, you've
seen articles in the paper - find out the

The Tuesday, March 10th meeting
of the Rocky Mountain Internet Users Group
will feature a presentation called "Mapping
on the Internet," an interesting look into
locating, creating and using maps on the
Net, along with some of the history and
evolution of this technology. Colorado is
widely known as a knowledge center for geographic
information systems, satellite and mapping
technology, and our panel of four experts
will help us better understand how mapping
is being used on the Internet.

will feature a presentation called "Current
Legal Issues of the Internet," a fascinating
look into the new crop of legal tangles
created by the Net. A panel of prominent
lawyers closely involved with today's Internet
