Domain Name System (Cricket Lui from Acme
Byte & Wire).

and Platinum Cards." Our panelists will

Software. John will be talking about the
most common things that go wrong with web
sites. Steve Hultquist (ssh@servicemetrics.com)
is VP of Network Services at ServiceMetrics.
Steve will be talking on the impact of design
